DM Consult Mortgages + Insurance was established with the philosophy of “doing the right thing” by the client. I provide mortgage advice and seek finance for people from all walks of life. In consultation with my clients, I will identify their finance needs and provide options that best fit their individual circumstances.
I will explain the process as we go along, in a way my clients can understand so they don’t have to decipher confusing finance jargon. In short, I will do the hard work for my client to arrange finance with a lender, and the best part of it is, I don’t charge for my services.

I take the hassle out of mortgages! Whatever the life stage of my client, I can assist with finance for:
- First home buyers
- Re-fixing or re-financing
- Investment properties
- Building and construction
Sometimes, my clients need to set some short-term goals in order to reach their long- term goals. To assist with this, I can also offer advice and finance for:
- Debt consolidation
- Personal finance

I joined the group to meet with other women doing business in the Hawke’s Bay so that I can grow my business and social network. It’s always inspiring, educational and motivating to hear about other women’s successes and challenges in their own businesses.
