I work with businesses in a Hawke’s Bay to develop a consistent pipeline of talent to meet future skills needs across the region. I run career events to inspire young people about the variety of job opportunities in our region and I help students make informed decisions about their pathways through education to employment.

Provide coaching to businesses to help them successfully integrate Apprentices, and junior staff to their business.
