Recommendation: My husband and I engaged Gemma and her team at Jag Legal when considering purchasing a new build apartment off the plans.
Gemma has been instrumental in helping to get the offer over the line with the right protection in place for us and our investment.
The sale and purchase agreement had a number of loose clauses to say the least. Gemma with her expertise pointed out the risks and made suggestions to change or add a number of clauses, to ensure a tighter less risky contract.
Gemma was successful in getting a number of these across the line with the developers' solicitor to ensure we were entering into a tighter contract with less risk to ourselves if things didn't go to plan with the property development.
To top this all off, Gemma had a very tight deadline with everyone closing up shop for the Christmas break, she went the extra mile when others might have said, it will have to wait till the new year.
