Family trip to Europe
I would, and have, recommended Kay Gregan to friends and family. She is a warm and friendly person who is a highly capable and experienced travel agent.
In mid-December 2008, our family of five (two parents, two sons 19 and 17 and daughter 13 travelled to London with a stop-over in Dubai. We then stayed a week in Devon with friends, had a day trip to Paris and then ten days in Italy.
It was a very special holiday and it was our first long-haul trip as a family. Kay was patient, helpful, always finding out information if she didn’t know the answer, always mindful of keeping to a budget but at the same time assisting us choose places to stay and routes to travel and times to be places that were safe, clean and authentic.
We had a fantastic trip, all the paperwork and ticketing was faultless and when we returned she even assisted us with getting a travel insurance claim processed.
Kay had a very professional manner and was generous with her time spent returning emails when we were deciding on our itinerary and budget, and one-on-one meetings to finalise plans. Kay has very good intuition and I think this makes her special, she was able to relate to each of the members of our family and they felt they she was wanting to ensure each of us had a good time on our holiday to Europe.
